Shipping Instructions

Required documents

To prepare your parcel, please print the submission form and fill it up with your information:

• Name
• Contact 
• Address
• Postcode
• Telephone
• Email

For the items description:

• Add any information or description you have regarding the items (including carat weight, shape, value)
• Select service(s) requested.
• If you would like express service please note it in the form. 

Note: Each item should be numbered based on the order in the submission form.

Preparation of items for shipment

Once the required documents have been filled, you can prepare and ship your diamonds to agi’s laboratory in Manchester. 
To secure your package, make sure that is properly wrap and close. Please send the package to:

Payment and Return

• agi gems will only release your stones once we receive the full payment of the invoice. For convenience we now accept credit cards, please contact the office for your credit card details. 

• A copy of the invoice will be included in the return shipment.

• agi will ship back the stones to you .. Insurance?

• Information on carriers for outgoing shipments:
  • agi uses Royal Mail Special Delivery as its preferred shipping carriers.
  • If you would prefer a different shipping method please contact us prior to the return of your goods or add it to special instructions on your submission form.
